Making your travel expenses claim easier

In "My Card Online" you can view all your transactions, both invoiced transactions and transactions that have not yet been invoiced, and your card balance. All transactions will be shown in "My Card Online" on the day after the transaction is made. You can export card transactions from "My Card Online" as an Excel file. This will enable you to fill out your travel expenses before you receive the invoice. If you are personally responsible for some of the purchases, you will also be able to get the money into your account more quickly.

The following functionality is available in "My Card Online":
  • Print copies of invoices
  • Search historical invoice data covering the past two years
  • See the exchange rate for foreign purchases
  • Communicate with Customer Service
